French producer DatA’s new album Skywriter dropped last week. The album’s got catchy pop hooks infused with moody disco and funk with a bit of dancefloor grooves thrown in there. Tracks we recommend: Aerius Light, Nightmare and One In A Million (Club Edit).

DatA will be touring and performing live from June 2009 and onwards on a tour that includes a fistful of European festivals but we don’t see any US dates just yet.
